Established in 2009, Victoria started the business in The Hatton Garden Jewellery quarter of London for the first seven years. Winning a number of jewellery awards within the industry over the years she established the brand.

The brand now very proudly sponsor the London Jewellery Oscars, This will be the third year supporting such a driving force for crafts people in our industry, receiving credit for their skills and commitments to the industry.

The business has grown so much since the start and continues to strive to offer our clients the best quality, handcrafted jewellery. An experience you will always remember.

We also sell the work of other independent makers from around the country, including Hannah Bedford, Yen Jewellery and Dagmar Korecki.

Victoria Coleman grew up in South-East London. As a child, she could often be found creating something from a found object, such as furniture, spoons or abstract objects. Here is her story:

”It started with a fascination of making things as a child, it was obvious to my parents from an early age that I was a creative mind.

When I was about 6 years old, my best friends’ parents had a goldsmith working in a studio beneath their Bermondsey Street apartment. I was one day invited in to see the wonderful, exciting cave they called their studio, full of tools and mockets, inspiration and curious items.

I was so inquisitive and keen to understand the tools, how they worked and the making process, I was hooked. Although, I had not realized it at this moment in time, but this experience would ultimately lead me back to a jewellery bench in the future.

I eventually studied for my degree in metalwork and design at Kent Institute of Art and Design. Encouraged by my tutor, I followed this with a postgraduate at the prestigious Bishopsland Educational Trust.

Here, I learnt a lot about running a business and perfecting my skills and knowledge of materials. In 2009, I went on to do an artist in residence at the Glasgow School of Art.

I then set up my business back in my hometown of London, where I also worked freelance for a number of influential jewellery designers alongside building my own practice and learning from the people and the industry around me.

My style and inspiration come from my love of architecture, using contrasting forms, like straight lines and curves, playing with shadows and balance to evoke interest.“
